72% corn, 15% rye, 13% malted barley — a moderate-rye bourbon mash bill, distilled and matured in Virgin American Oak for five years, then vatted from eight to fourteen barrels per batch rather than bottled single-barrel. That batch size is small enough to stay consistent release to release without the averaging-out that a 200-barrel batch produces at a larger distillery.
Bottled at 45% ABV. This is the release we keep in continuous production rather than as a limited run — the one meant for a full glass over ice on a Tuesday, not a special-occasion pour.
